Installing and Activating SafeSend (Trial)

Install SafeSend: To install SafeSend, you will need to request the download links from our Team. 

  • Email support@cpaperless.com or Sales@cpaperless.com requesting installation links
  • Once our team responds, click the link provided in the email
  • Close Outlook
  • An installer package will be downloaded
  • Open the .EXE file
  • Follow the onscreen instructions
  • Complete the installation
  • Open Outlook

Activate SafeSend:

  • In the Outlook plugin, click the “More” dropdown menu: If the icon does not appear, Close and reopen Outlook. If it still does not appear contact Support@cpaperless.com
  • Choose “Login”

  • Choose the option, “I need a Trial Key”

  • Enter your information and Click “Submit and Register." The login screen will reappear with your credentials already entered

  • Click the "Login" Button. 
  • You will receive an error that states "Invalid Product Key" on the Bottom left.

  • At this point we will receive an email for your trial request. We will activate your trial within 24 hours and send you an email confirmation once active.
  •  Once you receive confirmation, you will want to go into Outlook and click "More" under SafeSend and "Login."

  • Enter the information provided in the trial email you received (Email, Password and Product Key) and click "Login." The Screen will disappear and you will be ready to use the product.
