The resolution for this is a simple one. Please resend the email and access link. Please be sure to send the email right after you create the SafeSend Link.
This could be happening for one of the below reasons.
- You are trying to test the Access Link before you send it.
- The link is not valid until you click "Send" on the email. Please Send the email and the link with Activate and will work properly.
- You saved the email to drafts after the Access Link was created but before sending the email to the client.
- When the email is saved to drafts, the File Upload Queue gets wiped. No file will be uploaded with the link and the link will not become active.
