This document will show you how to change your password in both SignatureFlow’s online account as well as in your EchoSign account. These two passwords MUST always match.
Changing your password in EchoSign
- Go to https://signatureflow.echosign.com/public/login
- Enter your email and current password or if it is unknown click "I forgot my password"
- Once logged in, you should see the SignatureFlow logo in the upper left of the website (go to Step e.)
- If you see an EchoSign logo after you’ve logged in, please contact our support team. Your EchoSign account will need to be moved into the SignatureFlow channel
- Once signed in click the Account tab
- Click the "Change Password" Option
- Change your EchoSign password
Changing your password in your online account
- Go to www.cpaperless.com, click on login
- Log in with your email address and password (if you do not know your password, please contact your Firm Administrator and ask them to resend it to you)
- Once logged in, click on the Settings gear in the upper right, next to your name and choose Profile
- Change password to exactly match your EchoSign password
