Sending PIN code to client

When choosing either PIN Code or KBA as your authentication method, you will be required to enter the last 4 digits of your primary taxpayer’s SSN/EIN [PIN Code]. Should you need to send this PIN Code to your client after the document has been sent, follow the steps below.

To send a Client’s PIN Code via mail

  • Open SignatureFlow and click on “Signature Report”

  • Hover your cursor over the document in question, right-click and select “Resend Pin Code”
  • Choose email address requesting Pin Code

  • That email address will immediately be sent a message containing their PIN Code
