Send a User an Invitation

When you create a contact using SafeSend it will send them an invitation email. The user has 10 days to click the link in the email to finish their account set up. Should they not do this within 10 days you may send another invite by following the instructions below.

 

  • Log in to SafeSend with your credentials

  • Click the "Contacts" tab
  • Select the grey box next to the user you wish to send an invite to
  • Click the blue tab "Send Invite"

The user will receive an invitation email with instructions to verify their information to activate the account.
