Verbal Access Code Confirmation

An exciting new feature is our Verbal Access Code. If a client calls, having a difficult time receiving the Access Code emails requested. You can tell them via phone call or direct email what their code is.

Using Verbal Access Code

  • The client must have requested an access code.
  • Go to their return in “Delivered Returns.”
  • Select the “Actions” menu of their return.
  • Select “View Access Code.”


  • You will see the below window with the current access code for the return. You may Tell it to them directly or Copy and Paste if preferred.


  • If the Access Code has expired, you can select the “Generate Access Code” button to create a new code right away.
