An exciting new feature is our Verbal Access Code. If a client calls, having a difficult time receiving the Access Code emails requested. You can tell them via phone call or direct email what their code is.
Using Verbal Access Code
- The client must have requested an access code.
- Go to their return in “Delivered Returns.”
- Select the “Actions” menu of their return.
- Select “View Access Code.”
- You will see the below window with the current access code for the return. You may Tell it to them directly or Copy and Paste if preferred.
- If the Access Code has expired, you can select the “Generate Access Code” button to create a new code right away.
