Improve Taxpayer Signing Confirmations
Improve the confirmation of completion and next steps for taxpayers. Many reports of taxpayer either unsure if they completed the signing or when the return will be forwarded to the spouse. Once signing is completed for all parties, the email confirmation currently leaves an air of doubt for whether the CPA firm has received the signed documents.
Improved communication to taxpayer that the spouse will receive AFTER the taxpayer has completed their signing portion, with a confirmation email/pop-up that it is now being forwarded to spouse would go a long way to improving the experience.
