SafeSend Returns - Broken Image Icon When Adding Signature Stamp

Situation: When processing a return, you may notice that the ERO signature stamp image appears to be broken/missing. 

Status: Our Development team is aware of this issue and they are currently working to resolve it. 

Workarounds: Delete the signature stamp and re-upload. An Administrator on the account can do this from the Account Management > User Management section, or the ERO can log in and update the stamp from their My Settings menu.
