It would be nice if:
The Tax Year and Document Type dropdowns were user customizable in the settings and would display their default in the dropdowns. Currently I have to continually pick 2022 and the document type each time I process a doc
The Expires On dropdown was user customizable in the settings and then would default to the expiration date when processing a doc. I want my docs to have a 1 or 2 month expiration.
The first Recipient is listed as Signer by default. I currently have to choose this each time when processing a doc.
Hi Craig, thank you for providing this feedback! I would be happy to submit this to my development team to consider implementing in the future. I would like to offer a solution to your second request:
While in Signatures, you will click on Settings > General > Document Type > Select the Edit tool. Here, you will be able to choose the default retention period for that document type. Unfortunately, there is not an option available under 6 months, so this is an enhancement we can certainly put in as well!
