SafeSend Exchange Suite Initial Email Template Drop Off Links

Situation: The initial email templates for SafeSend Exchange were recently updated. The drop off link at the bottom of the message will always be the Company drop off link. The name at the bottom of the message will vary depending on how the message was sent. 

• Online Portal: The signature at the bottom of the message will show the sender's name. 

• Outlook Plugin: The signature at the bottom of the message will show the Support Contact person's name. 

Status: Users have requested that the link in the email contain the personal drop off link of the sender and display the sender's name. We are considering how to best address these concerns and update the message in the future. 

Workarounds: The name and/or drop off link can be deleted from the email template when using the Outlook Plugin. When using the Online Portal, there is not an option to modify the message before delivery.
