Fixed an issue where deleting one duplicate voucher entry in the Client Info tab would delete both entries.
Fixed an issue in the taxpayer experience. When a client added payment details to a voucher, it was not getting saved properly when they logged out.
- Fixed an issue where users and clients still had access to their portal even after the account had expired.
Autosave for taxpayers
SafeSend Organizers now features an autosave function. While a taxpayer works on their organizer, their progress will be automatically saved every 15 minutes. An "Autosave successful" message will accompany this event to assure the user that their data was saved.
If there is no detected activity for 3 hours, the client will receive a Session Expiration pop-up with an option to continue working. If the user does not take action, they will be automatically logged out after 60 seconds.
Fixed an issue with page controls on returns. If a user zoomed in on a page and then clicked the next page control, it would remove the zoom but keep them on the same page. Clicking the next page control again would skip a page.
Fixed an issue in the taxpayer experience where custom question checkboxes would become misaligned if the user zoomed in or out.
Fixed an issue where the organizer status did not update properly if both the taxpayer and spouse were logged in at the same time and performing different signing activities.
- Fixed an issue where a configured delegated signer might not appear in a user's Sender list.
