TicTie Calculate - Missing from Adobe® After Install

Situation: After installing, you do not see the TicTie Calculate menu or tools in Adobe®.

Resolution: Follow the troubleshooting steps outlined below:

Version 5.x

• Ensure System Requirements are met. 
• Remove Enhanced Security 
• Under the Help menu in Adobe®, check for updates and repair the installation.
• Uninstall/reinstall TicTie Calculate.
• Ensure 3rd party plugins are allowed under Edit > Preferences > General.

Version 4.6

• Follow the steps above.
