Signatures - Signature Stamping Failed Status

Situation: A document was delivered to the signer, but the status changed from "Awaiting E-Sign" to "Signature Stamping Failed".

This indicates that the signature stamp was not placed on the page correctly. This can happen if a password-protected PDF is uploaded and delivered (our system will not be able to edit the document) or if there was a system error preventing the item from being signed. 

Resolution: The document would need to be reuploaded and reprocessed. Please ensure there is no security on any PDF uploaded.
